Shadow Day A Shadow Day is an opportunity for potential students to spend a day participating in a typical day while being partnered with a current student. During this visit potential students may be assessed for appropriate grade/class placement.
Admissions Decision We prayerfully consider each application to determine whether OCA is the best place for a student and their family. After our Admissions Committee reviews your application, including academic, discipline, medical, and special needs records, parents will be notified of our decision.
Enrollment Following an admissions decision, we will schedule a registration meeting to complete your child's registration. During this meeting we will discuss our Financial Agreement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct and answer any questions you may have. A non-refundable registration fee of $375 (plus $25 per each additional student) will be due at this time.
