Otsego Christian Academy Endowment Fund
In the Spring of 2022, Otsego Christian Academy began its Endowment Fund with an initial investment of $150,000 and a partnership with a professional fund manager at Creative Planning, LLC, in Kansas City. Endowed gifts are invested with an independent investment firm with the oversight of the school administration and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors created the Endowment Fund with two goals: to grow the principal and to generate income. The objective is to utilize the dividends and income to bridge the gap in the budget to meet the increasing operational expenses, helping to keep tuition affordable for all.
Investment in this fund will assure the continued legacy of Christian education at Otsego Christian Academy and safeguard the school’s financial stability.
While cash is the most popular form of charitable gift, gifts of non-cash assets such as publicly
traded stocks, bonds, mutual funds and life insurance are a very meaningful way to contribute to ensuring future generations a strong Christian education. Please contact us for more information on the OCA Endowment Fund and ways to give.
